Here they are... inspired by the magical, lush enviornment in the movie Avatar, these are my new Pandoran beads... nice big focal beads and matching rondel and round spacers... the colors are amazing in the pinwheel 'eyes', and the texture of the dewdrops give them a yummy, organic feel.

This is the Nautilus necklace that will be at the Pratt Art Auction to be held on May 15, 2010.

The yummy soft amber focal and barrel beads are decorated with opalescent baby blue spirals.

The spiral plays a specific role in symbolism and has had a profound presence in art throughout the ages, representing things as varied as the double helix of DNA and the spiral structure of a galaxy. The spiral is reflected in the Nautilus necklace as it lightly dances over the decoration of the lampwork beads and through the intricate Sterling Silver wirework.
